- What is Slybook?
- A private desktop workspace for live meetings — prep notes, screen-share privacy, and optional live AI beside your call without joining as a meeting bot.
- Does Slybook join my Zoom or Meet call?
- No. Slybook runs locally on your machine. It never appears as a guest or bot in the meeting.
- What is screen-share privacy (stealth mode)?
- Stealth mode keeps your overlay hidden when you share your screen on Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams — only you see your prep.
- What do I need to get started?
- Download the desktop app, sign in, and create a note. Free tier includes up to 3 notes; paid plans unlock Meeting Mode and live AI.
Billing
- Can I cancel my subscription?
- Yes. Cancel anytime from the Polar billing portal (linked in your dashboard). Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the current billing period ends.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Refund rules depend on your plan and are shown before you pay and in our Billing & Refund Policy. Contact support if you believe you were charged in error.
Plans & trials
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. Free includes up to 3 notes and an optional 14-day stealth mode trial after sign-in. Meeting Mode and live AI require Pro + AI.
- Where are full refund rules?
- See our Billing & Refund Policy. Summary terms are also shown before you complete checkout.
- How do I upgrade or change plans?
- Choose a plan on the pricing page or manage your subscription in the billing portal from your dashboard.
